Gifts & Fun Items

We do not just offer a great selection of beverages, we also do gifts and fun items, ideal for all manner of occasions.

Next time your in the shop, have a look around for those quirky, fun and practical items that make great presents or to say, "Thank you."

For really special gifts, we can do gift baskets with a range of goodies to suit all tastes, enquire at the counter about this service.

On the few days before Christmas, we empty the shop of all items we have left over, from the "Give aways" that we still have from promotions held during the year. We have lots again this year, so don't forget to call in and get something for free.

Located on the banks of the beautiful Camden Haven River, Kendall is nicknamed the Poet’s Village in honour of the great Australian poet, whose works – such as Bell-Birds – are odes to the beauty of the bush. Henry Kendall was a resident of the village from 1875 to the early 1880s. Kendall was named Camden Haven until 1891 when it changed to Kendall in honour of the poet. You can discover more about the town that inspired Kendall's verse with a self-guided heritage walk visiting 16 places of interest. See a granite statute of the poet at the corner of Comboyne and Orara streets. The Leaves of Kendall is a large sculpture of three eucalypt leaves at the entrance to the town. We are the closest bottle shop to the Swans Crossing camp ground, we keep a large stock of ice in our freezer just for campers. There is lots to do and see in the area, ask about local attractions if your a visitor to the area. All are welcome here.

Things We Do Not Do

We do not sell alcohol to ANYONE below the age 18. Nor will we sell to ANYONE who, in our opinion, has already had too much to drink. We value our Responsible Service of Alcohol tickets and wish to keep them.

The huge fines we would get are also a major factor.

Please do not ask for tick, credit, pay later or anything similar, it simply is not going to happen.

We do not allow anyone to steal from us. It is a bit more than annoying and will result in a conviction and possibly a really bad day!!!

No one is allowed to abuse other customers or staff, we DO NOT TOLERATE IT.
